These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CCRanger's websites, dashboard, AWS managed services, AI gateway, and billing proxy (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
You will not use the Services to (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that constitutes targeted harassment; (c) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or bypass security controls; or (e) circumvent the usage policies of upstream model providers. We may suspend access to investigate suspected violations.
You retain all rights in the prompts, files, and other materials you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to deliver the Services and as instructed by you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that doing so complies with applicable law.
The Services route requests to providers including AWS and third-party model vendors. Their availability, pricing, and acceptable-use rules apply to your use of those features. We are not responsible for changes a provider makes to its models, APIs, or pricing, but we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your service.
Fees are described in your order form or on the pricing page in effect when you placed the order. Usage-based charges are metered by us and invoiced monthly in arrears unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are payable within the stated terms; overdue amounts may accrue interest at the lower of 1% per month or the maximum permitted by law. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them.
Service levels, support tiers, and credits (if any) are described in your order form. Except as set out there, the Services are provided without uptime guarantees.
Each party will protect the other's non-public information using at least the same care it uses for its own, and will use it only to perform under these Terms. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three years, or longer where required by law.
We warrant that we will provide the Services in a professional manner. Except for that warranty, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Each party's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid or payable by you for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and any outstanding fees become immediately due.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard at least 14 days in advance, unless a shorter period is required for legal or security reasons. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
